How do I refer someone?

Simply complete the brief form by visiting the above button (Make a Referral). We’ll take it from there!

When can I refer someone?

We process referrals 10:00-14:00 weekdays, referrals recieved after 14:00 will be processed the next working day.

Who can refer someone to The Bay Foodbank?

You must work for a recognised organisation to refer to us. Examples include (not limited to) NHS, School, Probation or Citizens Advice. You cannot refer yourself.

Do you deliver?

Delivery is at our discretion. We can only deliver if we have driver availability. Our default position is for the client or referrer to collect from our building in Meadow Well (by Meadow Well Metro Station).

Do you have limits on the number of parcels someone can recieve?

We typically say that someone can recieve six emergency parcels in a six month (rolling) period. If in doubt please contact us.
